To celebrate the 18th anniversary of the company's founding and strengthen team cohesion, our company organized all employees to carry out a team building activity at Wangxing Valley in Yueqing. With "collaborative progress and home co-construction" as the core, this activity fully demonstrated the development concept of mutual interdependence between the company and its employees.

On the morning of the event, employees gathered in an orderly manner and set off. The exchanges and chats in the carriage filled the journey with expectation. After arrival, the fresh environment and complete facilities laid a good foundation for the activity. During the barbecue session, employees from various departments spontaneously formed groups to collaborate. Male colleagues took on tasks such as setting up grills and lighting fires, while female colleagues were responsible for food preparation and skewering. Everyone had clear division of labor and tacit cooperation, fully showing the warmth of the team in efficient collaboration. The interspersed interactive games helped employees from different departments get to know each other better.

The afternoon singing interaction became the highlight of the activity. The company specially prepared mobile audio equipment, and employees actively participated in the performances. Managers and grass-roots employees took turns to appear on stage. The chorus of classic old songs aroused collective resonance, and the solo of popular songs won bursts of applause. Everyone also spontaneously formed a temporary "accompaniment group", with some beating time and others singing along softly. They narrowed the distance through songs and showed the team spirit of mutual assistance and progress.
