RIEVTECH PR-24DC-DA-R is an all-in-one economical micro programmable logic controller tailored for small and medium automated equipment, effectively addressing common drawbacks of traditional control systems such as messy wiring, inconvenient on-site debugging and insufficient analog signal processing capacity. This unit integrates digital input, analog signal acquisition, heavy-duty relay output and a built-in LCD operation panel, streamlining electrical layout design and drastically cutting the overall control cost of machinery.
It accepts wide DC 12–24V power supply, fully compatible with standard 24V industrial power sources used in factories. The controller carries 14 digital DC inputs that reliably connect photoelectric sensors, proximity switches and travel limit switches. Six of these input channels (I1~I6) support 0–10VDC analog signal collection, allowing direct connection to temperature, pressure and liquid level transmitters without purchasing extra expansion modules. Its 10 relay outputs deliver 10A single-channel load capacity, which can drive solenoid valves and small contactors directly to eliminate auxiliary relays and reduce hidden circuit faults.
A front LCD screen paired with six functional keys enables complete field debugging without laptops or download cables. Staff can check real-time I/O status, timer/counter readings and analog voltage data to locate machine failures efficiently. Two independent communication ports are reserved: COM0 serves for program upload, download and online monitoring, while COM1 works as an expansion port for HMIs and extra I/O modules to support later function upgrades.
Constructed with flame-retardant PC housing and equipped with multi-protection circuits against reverse connection, overvoltage and short circuit, this PLC withstands dusty, vibrating workshop conditions. Standard DIN35 rail mounting ensures quick installation inside control cabinets.
