LM18-2008A is an M18 cylindrical inductive proximity sensor with non-flush mounting design and 8mm sensing range. It is 2-wire normally open type for AC. Its housing is nickel-plated brass, sturdy and wear-resistant. With IP67 protection, it is dustproof and waterproof, suitable for dusty, humid and other tough industrial working conditions.
It detects metal objects in a non-contact way. There is no direct touch between sensor and workpiece, so no scratch or wear will happen. Built-in LED indicator shows working status clearly.
