LT-B-D25L30 parallel slit flexible coupling is integrally CNC machined from premium 6061 aluminum alloy with anodized finish. It features anti-corrosion performance and lightweight design, adding little extra load to your transmission system. The dimension is outer diameter 25mm, total length 30mm, with double clamping hub structure. Multiple parallel slits on the coupling body form an elastic unit, realizing flexible power transmission without extra elastic pads.
The elastic slit structure can effectively compensate axial movement, radial offset and angular misalignment caused during assembly, reducing alignment difficulty. It absorbs vibration and impact during operation, and buffers torque fluctuation at start and stop. This coupling delivers zero-backlash power transmission with consistent performance for both forward and reverse rotation, ensuring high positioning accuracy.
