This product is a new type of combustible gas detection and wireless linkage control valve opening device, used for emergency cut off gas pipeline gas source and municipal power supply power linkage protection. It consists of combustible gas detector, wireless remote control solenoid valve and intelligent remote control circuit breaker. installation requirements
(1) Installation position of detector
Detectors and combustible gas appliances should be located in the same room.
If the detector is mounted on a wall, it should be higher than the height of any Windows or doors, but at least 15cm from the ceiling;
If the detector is mounted on the ceiling, it should be at least 30cm away from any wall and at least 1M away from potential air sources.
If there is a barrier in the room, the detector should be located on the same side of the barrier as the potential air source; In a room with a pitched ceiling, the detector should be on the high side of the room; The detector should be located very close to the area where people often breathe.
The following locations are not suitable for installation of detectors:
1, do not install in the bathroom and other water vapor larger place;
2. Do not install it in the place directly opposite the stove oil smoke;
3, do not install in the place of frequent power failure;
4, do not install in the place covered by curtains;
5, do not install near volatile organic solvents;
6, do not install in the chimney, air vent, ventilation pipe in the gas passage and well-ventilated place;
7, do not install in the temperature may fall below 0ºC or rise to 55ºC above the place;
8, do not install in a place that is easy to be bumped, damaged or inadvertently moved.
(2) Wireless solenoid valve installation guide
1. The solenoid valve installation unit shall have the corresponding qualifications and carry out normative construction and installation according to the relevant gas management regulations;
2, the solenoid valve should be installed in the indoor total intake valve after, for maintenance;
3, should be installed according to the airflow direction indicated by the valve body, the valve body coil shall not stand upside down, allow horizontal or vertical installation;
4, the solenoid valve should confirm the connection is reliable, and close contact with the wireless controller interface, to prevent bad contact. Transparent dust cover shall not be missing. After manually opening and closing the valve, it must be covered again.

Measures for handling gas leakage alarm
When the detector detects that the concentration of combustible gas in the surrounding environment reaches the alarm setting value, the detector will send an audible and visual alarm signal. When the concentration of combustible gas drops below the alarm setting value, the detector will automatically return to the normal monitoring state.
When the detector alarms, the following actions should be performed:
1. Close the fuel and gas supply system;
2. Open doors and Windows for ventilation;
3, do not move any electrical switch and use open flame;
4. Immediately evacuate to a place with fresh air, count the number of people, and do not enter the room again until the emergency personnel arrive and the leaked gas is fully ventilated and dissipated;
